Huawei Mate 70 Air: New leaks with specs and images
Several smartphone manufacturers, including Samsung, Tecno, Apple and Motorola, have launched slim phones this year, and Huawei is also a strong player in the market. The upcoming Huawei Mate 70 Air has now surfaced in two new leaks – one by a Xiaomingshu user who shared live images of the Mate 70 Air, and the other through a leaked promotional image.
The Huawei Mate 70 Air’s display has rounded corners and is rumored to be 6.9 inches. We can see a notch for the selfie camera and rounded edges that curve towards the side frame. The back features a circular camera unit with three sensors.

An advertising image of the Huawei Mate 70 Air has also surfaced, apparently intended to tease the design. It seems to have been photographed with slight distortion, for whatever reason.
The Mate 70 Air is just over 6 mm thick and is rumored to be equipped with a 6.9-inch “1.5K” display, up to 16 GB of RAM, and a main camera with a 1/1.3-inch sensor. It also features a physical SIM card slot and will launch with HarmonyOS 5.1.
Rumor has it that Huawei will continue to include a traditional nano-SIM slot alongside eSIM support. The Huawei phone is expected to launch with the Kirin 9020 chipset and up to 16 GB of RAM. The color options are Obsidian Black, Feather White and Gold Silk Silver Brocade.
