The vivo X300 series is official. It includes the base model X300 with a compact design and the X300 Pro. Both smartphones are powered by the recently announced MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and offer several improvements over their predecessors.
vivo X300 Pro
Starting with the flagship, the vivo X300 Pro features an improved Zeiss triple rear camera setup. It features a 50 MP Sony LYT-828 (1/1.28-inch) main sensor, an f/1.57 aperture, and gimbal OIS. The phone also features a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide-angle lens and a new 200MP 1/1.4-inch Samsung HPB sensor for telephoto shots. On the front, vivo has installed another 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor for selfies and video calls.


In addition to the MediaTek Dimensity 9500, the device also features vivo’s V3+ imaging chip, up to 16 GB of RAM, and 512 GB of storage. The Pro features a 6,510 mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.




It features a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels. The display supports HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and features an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

The vivo X300 Pro weighs 226 g, is 7.99 mm thick, and offers IP68/IP69 water resistance. It is available in black, brown, blue, and white. Other specifications include dual stereo speakers, Bluetooth 6.0, a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port, and Wi-Fi 6. It runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

The smaller X300 is also powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 and comes with up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. This year, however, the base model gets a more compact chassis.


It features a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1216 x 2640 pixels. It also features an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. The phone is equipped with a smaller 6,040 mAh battery that supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.




The vivo X300 has a 200 MP main camera on the rear (Samsung HPB sensor) with a 1/1.4-inch sensor size and an f/1.68 aperture. It is also equipped with a 50 MP telephoto camera (1/1.95-inch) Sony LYT-602 APO and a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle camera (Samsung JN1). The JN1 sensor is also used on the front for selfies.
Due to its smaller size, the X300 weighs just 190 g and is 7.95 mm thin. It is IP68/IP69 certified and available in black, blue, pink, and purple. The phone runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Other specifications include Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, and two stereo speakers.
Prices
The vivo X300 Pro costs 5,299 CNY (€644/$745) for the 12/256 GB variant and 5,999 CNY (€729/$845) for the 16/512 GB option. The 16 GB/1 TB model costs 6,699 CNY (€814/$945).
On the other hand, the base model of the X300 starts at 4,399 CNY (€534/$620) for the 12/256 GB option. The 16/256GB model costs CNY 4,699 (€571/$660), the 12/512GB variant costs CNY 4,999 (€607/$700), 16/512GB costs CNY 5,299 (€644/$745) and the 16GB/1TB option costs CNY 5,999 (€729/$845).
