According to an insider, the upcoming vivo X300 FE will be offered in 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB storage configurations. The insider adds that the smartphone will be available in black and blue, but expects further color options.

It is probably a renamed version of the vivo S50 Pro mini, since the X200 FE is based on the vivo S30 Pro mini. Therefore, it could be equipped with a 6.31-inch AMOLED display, a 50MP main camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 6,500mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.
New certifications and Geekbench test
The vivo X300 FE was approved for sale in Europe in October and has since received BIS approval in India. It has now also been certified by IMDA in Singapore and TÜV in Germany. The smartphone’s model number is V2537.

TÜV certification confirms that the smartphone supports 90-watt wired charging. The Geekbench test of the X300 FE showed that it brings a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset and at least in one version has 12 GB of RAM. However, vivo is likely to offer other RAM capacities as well.
Overall, the Geekbench test yielded 2,701 single-core and 8,180 multi-core points, which is a good match for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, which Qualcomm positions as a chipset for affordable flagship killer phones.
The vivo mobile phone will run on Android 16 and the OriginOS 6 user interface from the start.
