Huawei nova 16 SE to launch with an 8,500 mAh battery
According to a new rumor, Huawei could soon expand the nova 16 series with the introduction of the Huawei nova 16 SE. The company’s last nova smartphone with the SE designation was introduced in 2024 as part of the nova 12 series.
Leaker Digital Chat Station claims that the upcoming Huawei nova 16 SE will adopt the design of the Honor Power 2. According to the leak, the phone will feature a flat LTPS OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a gradient-colored back.
Huawei nova 16 SE with Kirin 8020 chipset
Rumors suggest that the nova 16 SE will be equipped with Huawei’s Kirin 8020 chipset and feature a 50-megapixel main camera with Red Maple image technology. It is also said to have an 8,500 mAh battery.
Huawei’s current Nova 16 series in China includes the nova 16, the 16 Pro, the nova 16 Ultra and the nova 16z.
