Huawei Mate 80 Series: Outdoor Mode Achieves 14 Days of Battery Life
In a video published on Weibo, Huawei revealed that the Mate 80 series will introduce a new power-saving feature called “Outdoor Mode,” which is designed to extend battery life by several days.
Huawei states that the new mode enables up to 14 days of use on a single charge. That’s an impressive figure, but we’ll have to wait for the smartphone’s market launch to see if these figures can be achieved under real-world conditions.
Huawei CEO Publishes Mate 80 Camera Examples
Although the company hasn’t yet released detailed technical specifications for the Huawei Mate 80 series, Huawei CEO He Gang has already shared some images taken with the new Huawei smartphones, demonstrating the camera capabilities.
There was also official information about Lineup: The Mate 80 series will consist of a base model, a Pro, a Pro Max, and the Mate 80 RS. Huawei’s CEO shared six photos of the different models on Weibo, but none of them showed the base model. You can see them in detail above.
There are still five days until the launch event, so you can expect more official teasers in the coming days. Until then, we have a major leak regarding the design, colors, and storage options of the Huawei Mate 80 series.
