Huawei MatePad Edge with up to 32 GB RAM starts on November 25th

Huawei will unveil the Mate 80 series and the foldable Mate X7 in China on November 25th, but that’s not all. The company will also present the Huawei MatePad Edge tablet at the same event.


The MatePad Edge tablet features a 2-in-1 design with a detachable keyboard and runs on HarmonyOS. It features a fold-out kickstand on the back and a circular dual-sensor camera module.


The tablet will be available with up to 32 GB of RAM and 2 TB of internal storage. Huawei has already listed it in its official online store, Vmall; pre-orders are now being accepted.
The Huawei MatePad Edge will be offered in the following storage configurations: 16 GB/256 GB, 16 GB/512 GB, 24 GB/1 TB, and 32 GB/2 TB. It is available in Moonlight Silver and Space Gray.

Meanwhile, the well-known tipster Digital Chat Station has already revealed several technical specifications of the tablet. It will feature a 14.2-inch display with an optional anti-reflective coating and be powered by a Kirin 9 PC chipset. Cooling is handled by an integrated active fan.
The optional MatePad Edge keyboard features a 65-watt fast-charging port, 1.8 mm key travel, and a pressure-sensitive trackpad.
