iQOO 15 comes this month with Pad5e, Watch GT 2 and TWS 5

Vivo has been happily teasing the iQOO 15 since last month, and today the brand announced that the gaming smartphone will be unveiled on October 20 at an event in Shenzhen, China, starting at 7:00 PM local time.

In addition, iQOO has also announced the color options for the iQOO 15. The smartphone will be available in four colors in China, including a model with a color-changing back.

iQOO hasn’t yet fully revealed the technical specifications of the iQOO 15. However, some important specs have already been revealed, including the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, the OriginOS 6 interface, and a 6.85-inch display with a 2K resolution and a maximum refresh rate of 144 Hz.
The smartphone will also be equipped with a Q3 gaming chip and meet IP68 and IP69 protection ratings. It will also support wireless charging and have a color-changing back.
Global iQOO 15 also with OriginOS
iQOO has not yet announced when the new flagship will launch outside of China, but we expect its international debut in early December. It’s worth noting, however, that the global model will also run OriginOS instead of Funtouch OS.
At the event in China on October 20, iQOO will also unveil the iQOO Pad5e, a new tablet based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip. The iQOO Watch GT 2 smartwatch and the iQOO TWS 5 earphones are also in the starting blocks.
