Realme Neo7 Turbo with 7,200 mAh battery and Dimensity 9400e is here
Realme has introduced a new member of the Neo7 series in China. It features a 7,200 mAh battery with 100W charging support and is called the Realme Neo7 Turbo. The smartphone is similar to the Chinese Realme GT7, but features the chipset of the global GT 7.
The Realme Neo7 Turbo is equipped with a Dimensity 9400e chip from MediaTek, which has a Cortex-X4 core running at 3.4 GHz. The 6.8-inch AMOLED screen offers a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz and an outstanding peak brightness of 6,500 nits.
The smartphone features a 7,700 mm² vapor chamber for cooling, a GT 2.0 engine that reduces rendering by 30% and keeps power consumption at a reasonable level, and a special connectivity chip that improves the Wi-Fi signal and allows a maximum distance from the router of up to 193 meters.
The battery has the highest capacity of all Realme smartphones at 7,200 mAh. It charges from 0 to 50% in 18 minutes, while it takes 47 minutes to charge from 0 to 100% with the included 100-watt charger. The Neo7 Turbo also supports bypass charging with the phone connected to the mains without using the battery.
Realme has also certified the Neo7 Turbo against water and dust ingress, and it now meets IP66, IP68, and IP69 standards. Since the smartphone lacks a camera, it features a 50 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle camera on the rear, and a 16 MP selfie camera on the front.
The Realme Neo7 Turbo runs on Realme UI 6.0 and Android 15. It features the Fluid Cloud 2.0 dynamic island feature and some AI features, such as removing objects in photos or summarizing text and audio files.
Realme Neo7 Turbo prices
The Realme Neo7 Turbo is available in two colors: white and black with a transparent design. Prices start at CNY 1,999 (€250/$280) in China with 12/256 GB. The most expensive version with 16/512 GB is priced at CNY 2,699 (€330/$375). Whether the Turbo will even leave China remains to be seen.
