Realme GT 7 and GT 7T celebrate their global debut
After a long teaser campaign, the global version of the Realme GT 7 finally launched today, along with the Realme GT 7T. Both devices feature MediaTek Dimensity chipsets, massive 7,000 mAh batteries, and fast 120W charging.
Realme GT 7
The Realme GT 7 differs from its Chinese counterpart in several key specifications. The global variant receives the Dimensity 9400e instead of the Dimensity 9400+ and is equipped with a 6.8-inch AMOLED (FHD+) and a refresh rate of 120 Hz instead of the 144 Hz panel of the Chinese model. The GT 7 can be configured with up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
The global variant has a more powerful camera setup thanks to a dedicated 50MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. It has a 1/1.56-inch 50MP main camera (IMX 906) with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The front camera now has a 32 MP sensor, and an optical fingerprint scanner is located under the display.
The back of the Realme GT 7 features the company’s new IceSence technology, which uses graphene as part of the cooling system. Realme promises better heat dissipation compared to traditional copper heatsinks and a temperature drop of up to 6°C in the chipset. Temperature.
The GT 7 launches with Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15 and receives 4 years of operating system updates and 6 years of security patches. The smartphone is dust and water resistant according to IP69 and features Wi-Fi 7, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.4.
The GT 7’s 7,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery supports 120 W wired fast charging. Realme claims it charges from 50% to 100% in just 14 minutes. Charging takes 40 minutes. The device also supports bypass charging.
The Realme GT 7 is available in IceSense Black and IceSense Blue colors. Realme also offers a limited-edition GT 7 Dream Edition, developed in collaboration with the Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team. It features the signature Racing Green color, an engraved silver wing badge, and comes in exclusive packaging containing a Silver Wing phone case and an F1 racing car SIM card pin.

The Realme GT 7T is a slightly slimmed-down version of the GT 7. It features a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and 1,800 nits of peak brightness. It also features a custom Dimensity 8400 Max chipset paired with up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
The rear features a dual camera setup with a 50 MP main camera (IMX896) and an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens (OV08D10). The selfie camera is 32 MP, and the display also includes an optical fingerprint scanner.
The Realme GT 7T also runs Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15 and receives four years of operating system updates and six years of security patches. The device is IP69 dust and water resistant and has the same 7,000 mAh battery with 120W charging as the GT 7.
The Realme GT 7T is available in IceSense Black, IceSense Blue, and Racing Yellow.
Pre-orders for the GT 7 series are already available through Realme’s online store and partner retailers. Orders placed by June 9 will receive a flat discount of €100/INR 6,000.
