Honor 300 series with Pro and Ultra model listed

As of now, all the cats are out of the bag: After the base model and the Honor 300 Pro, both of which appeared in official images on the company’s online store in China, the Ultra model has now come out of hiding. The two images also look official, but were shared by well-known tipster Digital Chat Station on the Chinese social network Weibo. They show a design that is almost identical to that of the Pro version.

But upon closer inspection, you can see a periscope zoom camera in the middle of the Honor 300 Ultra. We can’t be sure that this is the only difference between the Pro and the Ultra, but visually it seems that way – if you ignore the different pattern on the back of the white model.

The Honor 300 Pro will be available in three colors: black, green and sand. It also has a curved display with a pill-shaped cutout for the front-facing cameras. The Honor 200 Pro had a 50MP selfie camera and a 2MP depth camera on the front, so we can expect a similar setup on the Pro. On the back, there’s a triple camera setup housed in an updated camera island.

The Honor 300 Pro will be available with 12/16GB of RAM and 256/512GB of storage. In China, you can already pay a CNY 100 deposit until December 2 to be the first to get the new device when it launches.
Rumors suggest that the Honor 300 Pro will run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which really leaves only the new Snapdragon 8 Elite for the Ultra. There’s a 50MP main and 50MP telephoto camera, and a 5,300mAh battery with 100W wired and 66W wireless charging. The phone has also been confirmed to have IP68 ingress protection, NFC and an IR port.

The standard version has also already surfaced online, namely on Honor’s e-store in China. The phone’s five colour options are pictured and although it is available for registration, the page lacks any details on a launch date, specifications or features. Again, those who jump in early can make a deposit until December 2, which suggests that this is the launch date and that is when actual pre-orders will begin.
The Honor 300 comes with a flat bezel and only two cameras on the back, although the Honor 200 had a triple camera. It will be available in purple, blue, white, black and grey, with the first three colours having a silky optical effect. Storage options are 8/256GB, 12/256GB, 12/512GB and 16/512GB.
