Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra to be the same size as the Galaxy S26 Ultra
Yesterday, a leaked CAD rendering revealed a revised layout for the rear camera of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra. Now, the same source has published further details about the smartphone’s design.
According to leaker Ice Universe, the Galaxy S27 Ultra will retain the overall design of the Galaxy S26 Ultra; the most important change will be the arrangement of the rear camera.
Compact Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra or S27 Pro?
Rumors suggest the upcoming flagship will have almost identical dimensions to its predecessor and retain the S Pen slot in the bottom left corner. The speaker grille will also remain in the bottom left position, according to the insider. However, the Galaxy S27 Pro, Galaxy S27, and Galaxy S27+ are said to have the speaker grille on the right side.
Meanwhile, a leak yesterday suggested that Samsung might release the Galaxy S27 Ultra in two different sizes. However, Ice Universe refuted this claim, explaining that the smaller model shown in yesterday’s leak was in fact the already rumored Galaxy S27 Pro. We also put forward this exact theory yesterday.
According to the tipster, the S27 Pro will feature the same new camera layout as the S27 Ultra, but will not be equipped with the S Pen. The Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra also features a triple-lens rear camera, but the sensor sizes and resolutions will be significantly higher to differentiate the two models. Both the Ultra and Pro models are also expected to adopt the Privacy Display feature from the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
