Redmi K90 Ultra gets a large 8,550 mAh battery
Xiaomi has released further details about its upcoming Redmi K90 Ultra gaming smartphone. After already revealing the smartphone’s design and confirming some key specifications, the company has now announced additional features, including the battery capacity.
The Redmi K90 Ultra will be equipped with an 8,550 mAh battery, the company confirmed in a Weibo post.
It supports 100W wired fast charging, 22.5W wired reverse charging, and bypass charging. Redmi also states that the battery has a silicon content of 16 percent.

The company also announced that the Redmi smartphone will feature a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of up to 3,500 nits, and Samsung’s M10 luminescent material.
Furthermore, Redmi states that the K90 Ultra will be able to run more than 40 games at a native 165 frames per second.
Redmi had previously confirmed that the upcoming smartphone would be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, an active fan, and a dual rear camera. The device will be launched in China on June 30th.
