Oppo Reno15c unveiled with Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip
The Oppo Reno15c has just been officially unveiled in China. The smartphone was originally announced in November during the launch of the Reno15 and Reno15 Pro. It’s based on a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and is equipped with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The Oppo Reno15c features a flat 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2760 x 1256 pixels. The panel reaches a peak brightness of 1,200 nits. The smartphone is also equipped with an in-display optical fingerprint scanner.
The Reno15c features a triple-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 50MP main sensor (Sony LYT-600), a 50MP periscope telephoto lens (Samsung JN5), and an 8MP ultrawide camera (Sony IMX355). A second 50MP sensor is available for selfies.
As is typical for Oppo these days, the smartphone features a large 6,500 mAh battery that supports fast charging up to 80 watts. It weighs 197 g, is 7.89 mm thin, and runs ColorOS 16 based on Android 16, including some AI features.
Other specifications of the phone include dual-band Wi-Fi 6, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4, an infrared transmitter, stereo speakers and IP69 protection for water and dust resistance.
Oppo Reno15c prices
The Oppo Reno15c is currently available for pre-order in China and will be available in stores from December 19th. It will be offered in Aurora Blue, College Blue, and Starlight Bow.
As for the prices, the version with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage costs 2,899 CNY (350 Euro/410 USD), while the version with 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage costs 3,199 CNY (386 Euro/450 USD).
