Poco Pad X1 and Pad M1 with Snapdragon 7 chips and LCD displays are here

The Poco F8 series was unveiled worldwide today at an event in Bali, Indonesia. At the same event, Xiaomi also announced the Poco Pad X1 and the Pad M1.
Poco Pad X1
The Poco Pad X1 features an 11.2-inch LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 800 nits, and a 3.2K resolution. The display also supports HDR10, Dolby Vision, and a sunlight mode.


The Poco Pad X1 is powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, paired with 8 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. It runs Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 and offers Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4.


Poco has included a 13 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front camera. The Pad X1 also features an 8,850 mAh battery with 45-watt fast charging.
It has four speakers with Dolby Atmos support and an infrared transmitter. The tablet has a unibody metal casing and is available in blue and gray. It is 6.18 mm thin and weighs 500 g.
Poco Pad M1
The Poco Pad M1 is equipped with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset and features 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Storage can be expanded via microSD card. The iPad M1 has a larger 12.1-inch LCD panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate, 2.5K resolution, and up to 600 nits of brightness (HBM). The display also offers Dolby Vision and a sunlight mode.


It features an 8 MP main camera and another 8 MP front camera for selfies and video calls. The tablet is equipped with a powerful 12,000 mAh battery that supports 33-watt fast charging. Other specifications include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, HyperOS 2 with AI features, and four speakers with Dolby Atmos.
The Poco Pad M1 will also be available in blue and gray. It is 7.5 mm thin and weighs 610 g.
Prices
The Poco Pad X1 is available in a single configuration with 8 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage for $349 (€301), while the Pad M1 is only offered with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage for $279 (€241). These are early bird prices, of course. After the offer ends, the X1 will cost $399 and the M1 $329.
Poco has also introduced a new floating keyboard accessory for the Pad X1, priced at $199. Additional accessories such as a protective case, a standard keyboard, and the Poco Focus Pen are also available for both Xiaomi tablets.
