Poco F8 Pro with Bose sound, but without a charger
The Poco F7 Pro and Poco F7 Ultra were unveiled back in March, and you might have expected their successors to appear around the same time next year. However, the Poco F8 Pro and F8 Ultra have already received certification from several authorities worldwide, suggesting a significantly earlier release.
Today, a photo surfaced that allegedly shows part of the F8 Pro’s packaging. As you can see, it advertises Bose sound. This is noteworthy because the Redmi K90 Pro Max, which launched in China last month, also features Bose sound. And so does the standard K90 model.
Given this, it’s reasonable to assume that the Poco F8 Pro is a rebranded Redmi K90 and the Poco F8 Ultra is a rebranded K90 Pro Max. It wouldn’t be the first time Xiaomi has been swapping models between its sub-brands Poco and Redmi.
Today’s rumor also suggests that the F8 Pro won’t include a charger. However, it’s unclear whether this applies to all regions or only certain ones like Europe. We’ll keep an eye out for further leaks and teasers.
