Xiaomi Redmi 13x launches as renamed Redmi 13 4G
Xiaomi has quietly announced a new Redmi series phone in Vietnam. The Xiaomi Redmi 13x has identical specifications to last year’s Redmi 13 4G, but features an updated design that looks more like the Redmi Note 14 series.
The Xiaomi Redmi 13x features a 6.79-inch IPS LCD display with FHD+ resolution and a maximum refresh rate of 90 Hz. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio G91 Ultra chipset. The phone is available with 6/8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The rear features an updated camera island design, housing a 108-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel macro lens.
The software is covered by Xiaomi HyperOS based on Android 14, while the battery has a capacity of 5,030 mAh and supports 33 W charging. Other notable features include IP53 protection, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a headphone jack.
Xiaomi Redmi 13x prices
The Redmi 13x starts at 4,290,000 VND (€151/$168) for the 6/128GB model. The 8/128GB version costs 4,690,000 VND (€165/$183). The phone is already on general sale in Vietnam and is expected to launch in other regions soon.
