Xiaomi Watch S4 price leaked, Xiaomi 16 with display record
The Xiaomi Watch S4 was announced in China back in October last year and we expect its global debut at MWC Barcelona in a few days. Ahead of the global launch, a Croatian retailer has now listed the Xiaomi smartwatch complete with pricing and detailed specs on its website.
According to the listing, the Xiaomi Watch S4 will cost €179 in Europe. This may not be the official price from Xiaomi as we previously saw another listing suggesting a starting price of €159.
For reference, the predecessor Xiaomi Watch S3 came to Europe with a starting price of €149. The Xiaomi Watch S4 is largely similar to its predecessor but has a brighter display with a maximum brightness of 2,200 nits and features the newer Bluetooth 5.3 standard.
Xiaomi 16 Pro and 16 Ultra with the narrowest display bezels
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra was only introduced the day before yesterday and discussions are already underway in China about the next flagship generation. Specifically, the Xiaomi 16 Pro and Xiaomi 16 Ultra are said to have a new 6.85-inch LTPO OLED display with a 2K+ resolution. The panel will have symmetrical bezels on all four sides, and these bezels will be thinner than the bezels of any iPhone. The display will be flat.
If history repeats itself, we expect the Xiaomi 16 Pro to be announced along with the base model in October. The Xiaomi 16 Ultra should follow in about a year. All three should have the successor to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset under the hood. And of course, the Ultra will be the absolute flagship in terms of photography after the Xiaomi 15 Ultra just got a new 200 MP telephoto camera.
