The first renders of the upcoming Oppo Find N5 have surfaced online today. The device is set to launch in China on February 20 and will eventually make its way to the global market as the OnePlus Open 2. The official-looking images were shared by well-known tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks).

The Oppo Find N5 will be the thinnest foldable device on the market when it launches, with a rumored thickness of just 4.2mm when unfolded. For comparison, the thinnest foldable currently available on the market is the Honor Magic V3 at 4.35mm. And just yesterday, new rumors surfaced of an Apple iPhone Fold with a thickness of 4.6mm. We can see that the device will be available in purple (vegan leather), white, and black. The camera island will feature a familiar design similar to the OnePlus 13 with a triple camera setup and Hasselblad branding.

The Oppo Find N5 / OnePlus Open 2 is rumored to have an 8-inch LTPO OLED main display with a 2K resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. According to the first live images from yesterday, the screen fold is barely visible. The main panel is complemented by a 6.4-inch cover display.

The foldable is likely to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip in a special version with seven cores as well as up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. As for the cameras, we should see a trio of wide-angle, telephoto and ultra-wide-angle cameras, each with 50 MP. In addition, the water resistance classes IPX6, IPX8 and IPX9 and a 5,600 mAh battery with wired charging with 80 watts are a safe bet.
