Honor Magic7 Pro and Magic7 RSR Porsche Design come with Gemini
Honor announced an interesting detail about its current flagship phones today. The Honor Magic7 Pro and Magic7 RSR Porsche Design will be launched in markets outside of China with the Google Gemini app pre-installed. The duo will begin their global rollout next week.
Both the Honor Magic7 Pro and Magic7 RSR are already available in China. However, since Google doesn’t work there, the company’s various services, including Gemini, are also unavailable. In addition, other international Honor smartphones come with a pre-installed Google Assistant that already prompts users to install Gemini.
Honor uses Gemini models and Imagen 3, Google’s text-to-image technology, to provide a range of features such as Honor AI Notes, AI Photo Expansion, AI Style and AI Translation. The former Huawei subsidiary is fully competitive again in this regard and is also not restricted in the use of 5G technology.
