iQOO Neo10 Pro gets large battery with 120 W charging
The flagship iQOO 13 is official and now parent company vivo is apparently planning to launch another powerful smartphone. According to well-known tipster Digital Chat Station, the iQOO Neo10 Pro will be launched soon. Under the hood is the extremely fast new MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset. The leak also revealed a larger battery with faster charging rates and a new camera sensor on the back for the main camera.
The iQOO Neo10 Pro will inherit the 6.78-inch display with a resolution of 1260p, tentatively referred to as 1.5K in China. It will likely be a new 8T LTPO OLED panel from BOE. The MediaTek chipset is said to rule over 16GB of RAM, while the storage will be 512GB according to the tip. However, there are likely to be other storage combinations.
The iQOO Neo series is all about pure power for mobile gaming, so vivo doesn’t invest much in cameras. The iQOO Neo10 Pro will stick with a dual-cam solution, with the main camera resolving 50 MP on a 1/1.56 inch sensor. There will also be a second 50 MP camera, presumably for the ultra-wide angle range.
Curved sides on the display edges are not mentioned, but would be in keeping with iQOO phones. However, the tipster mentions a plastic frame. Under the panel is an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner from Goodix, which is a significant upgrade over the previous optical scanner in the iQOO Neo9 Pro.
The battery is said to be “6×00” mAh, which would be somewhere between 6000 and 6900 mAh. Together with support for 120 watt fast charging, you shouldn’t have any energy problems any time soon.
