Additionally, it supports Bluetooth calling and has a speaker and two microphones for ambient noise cancellation (ENC) to enable clear calls.

For health and fitness monitoring, the Redmi Watch 5 Lite has a heart rate sensor and supports over 150 sports modes for indoor and outdoor use. It can also track swimming performance as it is 5 ATM water resistant.
Other highlights of the Xiaomi Redmi Watch 5 Lite include a multifunctional side button, built-in GPS, SpO2 sensor, and Bluetooth 5.3. The smartwatch has a 470mAh battery that can last up to 18 days with normal usage and up to 12 days with heavy usage.
