The vivo X Fold 3 is expected to launch with a revised design. At least that’s what the first images of the upcoming foldable that appeared on the Internet today indicate. Well-known tipster Ice Universe posted photos on his Weibo profile that reveal quite a surprise: the X Fold 3 will be able to remotely connect to an Apple Mac.

vivo’s Funtouch OS UI can also split the screen, turning the bottom part into a keyboard. This is actually nothing special for a foldable. However, according to rumors, Apple is building its own flip-foldable, and it’s exciting to see what the whole thing could look like from another manufacturer.

The images also show further changes around the frame of the vivo X Fold 3. The sides of the foldable smartphone will be less curved than its predecessor, the X Fold 2, and the lower speaker on the cover will also be different. The front-facing camera on the inner display is now in the top right corner.

Another interesting detail is the flat power button, which usually indicates that it doubles as a fingerprint sensor. However, the X Fold 2 had sensors under both displays. That could mean the X Fold 3 pictured above is a cheaper variant, while a Pro version could retain the UD sensors.
