Samsung Galaxy A14 5G: Android 14 update with One UI 6 is here
Samsung has updated numerous smartphones to One UI 6 and Android 14 in the last few weeks. Today it was that time again, but the rollout has reached a rather surprising device. We’re talking about the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, which, as a fairly current cell phone, is of course eligible for the update. The surprise lies in how quickly Samsung updates one of the cheapest entry-level smartphones.

However, the screenshot of the update log looks pretty real, so we assume the information is correct.
The update for the Samsung smartphone comes wirelessly via OTA download as a 1.8 GB package. Therefore, you should make sure that you have enough free space before downloading the new firmware.
After installing the update, the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G runs on software version A146BXXU2CWK9, A146BODM2CWK9 or A146BXXU2CWK2, depending on the market and model. The current security patch from November 1, 2023 is also on board. Samsung should expand the rollout to additional markets in the coming days and weeks.
