Samsung Galaxy M07 is official with familiar specifications
Samsung has now listed the Galaxy M07 on its Indian website, quietly making the device official. The Galaxy phone features a 6.7-inch LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1,600 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz, a 50 MP rear camera, a 2 MP depth sensor, an 8 MP selfie camera, and a 5,000 mAh battery.
It’s powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, which supports only 4G, and is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. It’s IP54 dust and splash resistant, features a 3.5mm headphone jack and a fingerprint sensor, and is 7.6mm thin.
Samsung promises six major Android updates and six years of security updates. The Samsung Galaxy M07 appears to be available only in black, but isn’t in stock yet. The official listing in Samsung’s online store is the only indication of the device’s actual existence.
If the M07’s specifications seem familiar, that’s because it’s identical to the Galaxy A07 4G, which launched in August.
