Honor X7c 5G with Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset introduced

The Honor X7c 5G has finally landed in India and is a slightly improved version of the X7c 4G, which launched in October last year. The mid-range smartphone will be available through Amazon. Honor had already announced all of the phone’s specifications before today’s launch.

This includes a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset paired with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, Android 14, and MagicOS 8.0. The Honor smartphone features a 6.8-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 850 nits.

Honor X7c 5G with 5-star drop resistance

According to Honor, the X7c 5G offers a 5-star drop resistance rating from SGS and has an IP64 rating. A side-mounted fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm headphone jack are also on board.

The Honor X7c 5G also features a dual rear camera setup with a 50 MP primary sensor and a 2 MP depth sensor. On the front, there’s a 5 MP selfie camera.

Finally, there’s a 5,200 mAh battery with support for 35W fast charging, dual-SIM support, Bluetooth 5.0, and dual-band Wi-Fi.

The Honor X7c will be available in Moonlight White and Forest Green. It is priced at INR 14,999 (€147/US$170) for the 8/256 GB version. However, the company notes that this price is only valid until August 22nd. The device will go on sale on Amazon on August 20th.
