Honor Play 10C is here: Big battery, small price

The Honor Play 10C officially saw the light of day today. The smartphone features a 6.61-inch LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1,604 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a peak brightness of 1,010 cd/m². It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset.

The Honor Play 10C also features a 13 MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 5 MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The affordable phone is powered by a large 6,000 mAh battery, which only charges via cable and at a slow 15 watts.

The Honor phone is IP64 dust and water resistant and available in three RAM/storage combinations: 4/128 GB for 649 CNY (€78/$90), 6/128 GB for 699 CNY (€84/$97), and 8/256 GB for 899 CNY (€107/$125). It is available in blue, white, and black and runs Android 15 and Honor’s MagicOS 9.0 interface.

The dimensions are 163.95 x 75.6 x 8.39 mm and the weight is 197 g. It is already available in China from the Honor online store. Shipping begins on August 12. Unfortunately, it is not yet known whether the Honor Play 10C will ever be officially sold outside of China.
