Although most of the specifications have already been revealed, the Redmi Note 14 SE is now officially available in India. As expected, it’s a remake of the regular Redmi Note 14. The main difference is the new Crimson Art color option and the lower starting price.

Accordingly, the technical specifications of the Redmi Note 14 SE are identical to those of the non-SE. This includes a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. There’s also a 5G-capable MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra chipset under the hood, which isn’t bad at all for this price range.

The camera setup is similar – the 50 MP main camera with a Sony LYT-600 sensor isn’t bad either. There’s also an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2 MP depth sensor, although these likely have quite limited performance. Xiaomi has also given the Redmi smartphone IP64 water and dust protection.

The Note 14 SE ships with Android 15 and Xiaomi HyperOS 2. The battery has a capacity of 5,110 mAh and charges via cable at 45 watts.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 SE Prices

The Redmi Note 14 SE is only available in one configuration with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage and costs INR 14,999 (€149/$173) – that’s INR 2,000 less than the current price of the Note 14. The latest Redmi Note model is already available for pre-order from Indian e-commerce giant Flipkart. Sales start on August 7.
