Android 15 could finally synchronize notifications
Who hasn’t had the problem of tons of expired notifications popping up on their Android tablet? That’s about to end. With Android 15, Google is finally introducing a solution to the problem by syncing your notifications across devices.
Buried deep in the Android 15 QPR1 Beta 1, Mishaal Rahman of Android Authority found evidence that Google is working on the said feature. With this, we will soon finally be able to sync notifications. Once you close them on one device, they will also disappear from the notification window on all other Android devices logged into the same Google account.
Unfortunately, nothing is certain yet. We don’t know if the feature will be available with Android 15, in a later version, or at all. The good news is that when it rolls out, it won’t be an exclusive feature just for Pixel phones, but will be available for all Android devices.
