vivo T3 Pro with curved 120 Hz display and 5,500 mAh battery is here
vivo’s T3 series has so far included three smartphones – the T3, T3x and T3 Lite. Today, that number has increased to four with the launch of the T3 Pro. It is based on a 6.77-inch curved 120Hz AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,932 x 1,080 pixels. The pixel density is 387 ppi and the local peak brightness is a very bright 4,500 nits. The panel also includes a fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication and a centered punch hole for the 16 MP selfie camera.
The vivo T3 Pro is available in two variants – Sandstone Orange and Emerald Green. The back of the Sandstone Orange version is covered in vegan leather, while the Emerald Green model has a matte finish. The former is also 6g heavier, bringing its weight to 190g.
On the back of the T3 Pro you’ll find a 50 megapixel Sony IMX882 main camera with OIS. There is also an 8 megapixel ultra-wide camera with a 120 degree angle of view and a flicker sensor. The smartphone also supports 4K video recording and has the AI Erase and AI Photo Enhance functions.
The vivo T3 Pro has a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset at the helm. The smartphone runs on the Funtouch OS 14 based on Android 14. You get two years of Android version updates and three years of security patches. Power is provided by a 5,500 mAh battery with 80 watt charging support. Other highlights include wet touch technology for the display, IP64 protection, two stereo speakers and 4D Game Vibration (supports BGMI and PUBG Mobile).
Incidentally, the T3 Pro is actually a variant of the iQOO Z9s Pro that vivo launched in India last week. While vivo sells the iQOO Z9s Pro in India through iQOO’s website and Amazon.in, the T3 Pro will launch directly through vivo’s website, Flipkart and offline stores from September 3. The vivo T3 Pro comes in two storage options – 8/128GB and 8/256GB. They are priced at INR 24,999 (€265/$300) and INR 26,999 (€290/$320), respectively.
