Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6: 11 mm thin titanium case

However, according to a new rumor, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 will be the Korean company’s thinnest foldable cell phone of all time.

A second report has now emerged that also points to a thinner Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6. The second tip also assumes a much thinner and lighter Samsung cell phone at also 11 mm when folded.
According to previous leaks, the reason for the more compact dimensions is the use of titanium. However, the extremely light and hard metal is also used in the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, but has not led to any significant weight reduction. The report further states that the Galaxy Z Fold6 will not have an S Pen slot. It should also be wider, which fits previous rumors of a slightly different form factor, and has Galaxy S24 Ultra-style edges.
According to the tip, there will hardly be any changes to the camera setup. You still get a 50 megapixel wide, a 12 megapixel ultra wide and a 10 megapixel zoom camera, just like the Galaxy Z Fold5. The cover display should grow slightly from 6.2 to 6.4 inches and have a 20:9 format.
In addition, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 will be available in three colors and will also get a better under-display camera. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset takes over the drive together with a larger 4,600 mAh battery. The Z Fold6 should launch at the end of July alongside the Galaxy Z Flip6 and the Galaxy Ring. Samsung announced the ring in January at the launch event of the Galaxy S24 series.
