The design of the Samsung Galaxy A55 will almost certainly come as no surprise to anyone. Samsung phones now have a fairly uniform look. However, Samsung introduced the so-called Key Island design with the Galaxy A15 and A25. The Samsung Galaxy A55 has the model number SM-A5560, and there is also a related model called SM-C5560. Allegedly, this is the Galaxy C55 / Y55, which surfaced today along with the A55 at the Chinese TENAA authority.

The Samsung Galaxy A55 already appeared in a Geekbench test with the upcoming Exynos 1480 chipset, which allegedly has an AMD RDNA graphics chip. According to rumors, there is an 8/256 GB version with an additional microSD card slot.

According to TENAA, the Samsung Galaxy C55 is based on a 6.67-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution. In addition to a 13 megapixel selfie camera, there is also a 50 megapixel main camera, an 8 megapixel ultra-wide angle and a 2 megapixel macro lens. The battery has a capacity of 5,000 mAh. The differences between the two models are still unclear. In comparison, the predecessor Samsung Galaxy A54 had a smaller 6.4 inch display and a 12 megapixel ultra-wide angle camera instead of 8 megapixels.

The Samsung Galaxy C55 (SM-C5560) could instead be closer to the Galaxy A35, which was also seen in live photos today. Samsung has not yet set an official date for the unveiling of the Galaxy A55, A35, C55 and the rest of the mid-range devices. We also expect new M-series devices.
