Samsung Galaxy S24 series: All specs and official images
According to rumors, the Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra will officially launch on January 17, 2024. We already have a good impression of the design thanks to various CAD renderings and some dummies. And just last week the first live images came to light. They showed a flat design, which new, official-looking images from Windows Report confirm today.
According to the leak, the Samsung Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra will come onto the market in the colors black, gray, purple and yellow. However, the colors will have different marketing names. For the two smaller Samsung smartphones they are called Onyx Black, Marble Grey, Cobalt Violet and Amber Yellow.
The variants of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra are called Titanium Black, Titanium Grey, Titanium Violet and Titanium Yellow. The reason is obvious – the Ultra will have a titanium frame. The basic and plus models instead have a frame made of the well-known Armor aluminum.
The source also claims that AI as a core component will be one of the key selling points for the Galaxy S24 series. Samsung, for example, wants to use it to translate text and speech in messaging apps in real time, in no less than a dozen languages.
AI can also edit and enhance photos through generative AI features. In addition, it offers advanced search functions for the S24 trio, such as highlighting any element in an image to show additional information about it.

Finally, the source commented on the cooling systems of the upcoming flagship smartphones. Accordingly, the Samsung Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ will have vapor chambers that are 1.5 times and 1.6 times larger than the Galaxy S23 and S23+, respectively. The Galaxy S24 Ultra’s vapor chamber will be 1.9 times larger than that of the S23 Ultra. Larger vapor chambers increase cooling efficiency and ensure better continuous performance.
