Samsung Galaxy S21 and A34 get One UI 6 with Android 14

Samsung’s rollout of One UI 6 based on Android 14 is slowly gaining momentum. After several devices earlier this week, today it’s the Samsung Galaxy A34’s turn for the latest firmware. In addition, global Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ und S21 Ultra are currently receiving the software in Switzerland.

The update for the Samsung Galaxy A34, on the other hand, has already been spotted in half of Europe. There have been eyewitness reports from Austria, Croatia, France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and England. The new build is called A346BXXU4BWK2 and, as expected, includes the November security patch.
The update for the Samsung Galaxy S21 series also has the latest security patch on board and has a download size of just under 2.3 GB. One UI 6 offers, among other things, a redesigned Quick Panel and a new notification interface. There’s also a new universal font, a fresh new media player widget and new emojis on board.
Since such rollouts, as always, occur staggered. So it may take a few days for the update to arrive on all Samsung smartphones in the above-mentioned countries. If you are impatient, you can, as usual, manually search for the update for your Samsung Galaxy S21 or Galaxy A34. To do this, simply go to the settings, start the manual search under Software Update and then tap Download and install.
