vivo T5 Pro with Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 and 9,020 mAh battery is here
The vivo T5 Pro is the latest member of the T-series and, according to vivo, was “designed for users who value power, endurance and smooth performance.”
The biggest highlight of the vivo T5 Pro is its 9,020 mAh battery, housed in a slim 8.25 mm and lightweight 213 g chassis. The battery supports 90-watt wired charging and can be charged to 50% in 37 minutes using the included power adapter. It also supports reverse charging and bypass charging.
The vivo T5 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, offers up to 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage and runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. It receives three generations of operating system upgrades and five years of security updates.
The T5 Pro also features a 7000 mm² vapor chamber cooling system and, according to vivo, supports gaming performance of up to 120 FPS. Other gaming features include a dedicated gaming antenna, Ultra Game Mode, and 4D game vibration.
vivo T5 Pro with 5,000 nits bright 144 Hz display
The front is dominated by a 6.83-inch 144Hz AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,800 x 1,260 pixels, a local peak brightness of 5,000 nits, and HDR10+ support. The display also features an integrated optical fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication and a centrally located cutout for the 32MP selfie camera.
On the back is a dual camera setup with a 50MP main camera (Sony IMX882, OIS) and a 2MP bokeh camera. Notably, both the selfie and main cameras can record 4K video.
Other highlights of the vivo T5 Pro include the two stereo speakers, the IP68 and IP69 protection ratings, the touch functionality of the display even with wet and greasy hands, and the removal of water and dust by fingertip.
The vivo smartphone is available in Glacier Blue and Cosmic Black with three storage options: 8/128 GB, 8/256 GB, and 12/256 GB. Prices are INR 29,999 (€270/USD 320), INR 33,999 (€310/USD 365), and INR 39,999 (€365/USD 430), respectively. All models will be available in India starting April 21st via the official vivo website, Flipkart, and partner retailers.
