Motorola Razr 70 in Pantone Bright White and new Razr 70 Ultra specs leaked
Motorola is preparing to release its new foldable Razr smartphones for 2026, which will launch in most countries as the Motorola Razr 70 series. We’ve already seen renderings of the base model in Sporting Green, Hematite, and Violet Ice. As is typical for Motorola’s high-end models, these colors are taken from the Pantone palette.
Now another color option has leaked: Pantone Bright White. Like the other three, this color is also part of the Pantone Fashion and Home + Interiors color systems.
Each color is associated with a specific texture. All four colors that have leaked so far are shown above.
The Motorola Razr 70 succeeds last year’s Razr 60 (also known as the Moto Razr 2025 in North America). Rumors suggest it will have similar specifications, with a 3.63-inch external display (1056 x 1066 pixels) and a 6.9-inch internal display (1080 x 2640 pixels). The chipset is still unknown, but the smartphone is said to be equipped with 8, 12, or 16 GB of RAM and 256, 512 GB, or 1 TB of internal storage.
The Motorola Razr 70 is also reportedly set to receive an improved camera system – a Dual camera with 50 MPThe most significant change is that the second module will be a 3x telephoto lens instead of an ultra-wide-angle lens (the Razr 60 had a 50MP main camera and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens). The selfie camera will feature a 32MP sensor.
The battery remains the same as before, with a capacity of 4,500 mAh. When unfolded, the phone is said to be slightly thinner at 7.2 mm than its predecessor (previously 7.3 mm), but the weight remains the same at 188 g.
Motorola Razr 70 Ultra: Further technical specifications leaked
Last week, the upcoming Motorola Razr 70 Ultra appeared in some seemingly official renderings. Now, another source has provided the alleged technical specifications.
The Motorola Razr 70 Ultra measures 171.48 x 73.99 x 7.19 mm when unfolded and weighs 199 g. It features a 7-inch internal foldable display with a resolution of 1224 x 2992 pixels and a 4-inch external display with a resolution of 1080 x 1272 pixels.
The smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset from 2024 and features 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. A 5,000mAh battery provides the necessary power and supports 68W wired charging. On the back, there’s a 50MP main camera and a 50MP ultrawide camera. A 50MP front-facing camera is also included.
The device is dustproof and waterproof according to IP48 and will ship with Android 16 at launch. Compared to the previous model, the only improvement appears to be the battery capacity, which has increased by 6% to 4,700 mAh. It is also said to have a new Moto AI button to provide direct access to AI functions.
