vivo T5 Pro: First teasers confirm huge battery
The vivo T5 Pro first appeared in an IMEI database in February. Two separate leaks with technical specifications followed in March. Today, the brand finally confirms the smartphone’s existence and announces its imminent release.
The official X account for vivo in India shared the post below, calling the T5 Pro the “ultimate powerhouse.” This slogan is obviously absurd—this isn’t a high-end device, so it’s definitely not ultimate in anything.
As seen in the video above, the vivo T5 Pro has a 9,020 mAh battery. Furthermore, it is claimed to be the “slimmest smartphone” in the “9,020 mAh battery” category, which of course makes little sense.

A dedicated Flipkart microsite for the T5 Pro reveals that it is 8.25 mm thick and will apparently come with an extension kit for the telephoto camera – something we haven’t seen in this price range before.
According to previous leaks, the vivo mobile phone will be officially unveiled in mid-April. It features a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate and is reportedly powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset.
