Redmi Turbo 5 and Turbo 5 Max: Here’s the launch date
Xiaomi has finally announced a release date for its new smartphones from the Redmi Turbo 5 series in China. The company also teased the Turbo 5 Max in an orange variant and revealed some design details.
In a Weibo post, Redmi confirmed that the Turbo 5 and Turbo 5 Max will launch in China on January 29th. The brand will also be releasing the Buds 8 Pro and the Redmi Pad 2 Pro Harry Potter Edition.
The company also announced that the new Redmi smartphones will feature a CNC-milled metal frame, rounded corners, a fiberglass back panel, and a double LED flash.
The Redmi Turbo 5 Max will be available in Ocean Breeze Blue and Sunrise Orange. It will be powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset and features a 9,000 mAh battery with support for 100 watt wired charging.
