Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8, Fold8 Ultra, Flip8, Watch9 and Watch Ultra 2: Prices for Europe leaked
It is widely expected that Samsung will unveil the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8, Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Galaxy Z Flip8, Galaxy Watch9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 models at an Unpacked event on July 22nd in London.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra
The European prices for the entire product range have leaked today. Spoiler alert: They’re higher than last year. The Fold8 Ultra, the successor to the Fold7, will be available from €2,199, €100 more than the Fold7. This gets you 256 GB of storage. Those wanting the 512 GB version will have to pay €2,399, which is €180 more than the Fold7. The 1 TB version will cost €2,799, an increase of €280.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8
The wide Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 will be available from €1,999 with 256 GB of storage and will range up to €2,199 for the 512 GB version, while the top model with 1 TB of storage will cost €2,599.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8 costs €1,299 with 256 GB of storage and €1,499 with 512 GB. This represents a price increase of €100 and €180 respectively compared to the Flip 7.
Smartwatches are also getting more expensive. The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 with LTE costs €749 (€50 more than its predecessor), the 40mm version of the Galaxy Watch9 costs €409 (€40 more than the Watch8), and the 44mm variant is available from €459. Adding LTE to the Watch9 costs an additional €30.
