Samsung Galaxy A37, Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A07 before launch
Besides the flagships of the Galaxy S26 series Samsung’s mid-range phones are also in full development mode. New leaks have surfaced for the Samsung Galaxy A37, Galaxy A57, and Galaxy A07 5G.
Camera specifications for Samsung Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 leaked
The Samsung Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 are expected to be unveiled in February 2026. Rumors suggest that the new mid-range smartphones in the A series will feature newer chipsets and improved cameras. A new report has now revealed details about the camera specifications.
According to reports, the Samsung Galaxy A37 will feature a triple-camera setup on the back, with the main sensor being an improved 50-megapixel Sony IMX906 sensor. Samsung is said to switch between the IMX906 sensor and its own S5KGNJ sensor for the main camera depending on the region.
The two remaining rear cameras of the Samsung Galaxy A37 are expected to be from the Galaxy A36. The phone will feature an 8MP ultrawide camera (GalaxyCore GC08A3) and a 5MP macro camera (GalaxyCore GC05A3). For selfies, the smartphone will reportedly be equipped with a 12MP front camera (GalaxyCore GC12A2).
Samsung is expected to use a 50-megapixel Sony IMX906 sensor as the main camera of the Galaxy A57, although in some regions the Samsung ISOCELL S5KGNJ may be used. The remaining rear camera setup is expected to consist of a 13-megapixel ISOCELL S5K3L6 ultrawide camera and a 5-megapixel GalaxyCore GC05A3 macro sensor.
For selfies, the Galaxy A57 is said to be equipped with a 12-megapixel front camera of the type ISOCELL S5K3LC.
5G certification of the Samsung Galaxy A07 reveals a significantly larger battery
The Samsung Galaxy A07 4G was released in August, but the 5G model has not yet been officially announced. However, according to a rumor from a few weeks ago, this could change later this month or in January.
When it finally arrives, it will be equipped with a 6,000 mAh battery. That’s 1,000 mAh more than the previous model, which is definitely welcome. The battery capacity was revealed through the certification of the A07 5G in Brazil.
The 5G smartphone is reportedly equipped with the Dimensity 6300 chipset and will have 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. In terms of chipset, RAM, and storage, there are therefore no improvements compared to the Galaxy A06 5G. Hopefully, there will be other improvements besides the battery.
