A few weeks ago, Samsung shipped the first demo units of its next foldable smartphones to stores. Apparently, the appropriate promotional materials are now on their way to stores, as a photo of a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 pop-up stand has surfaced online, and it looks pretty real.

Samsung has already announced that the Galaxy Z Fold7 will be the thinnest and lightest horizontally foldable smartphone ever. The company did not provide any specific specifications to support this claim. The latest leak regarding dimensions fits the image pretty well, according to which we expect a case measuring 158.4 x 143.1 x 3.9 mm when unfolded.

The leaked image of the pop-up stand speaks a similar language. The two halves of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 are so thin that they barely leave room for a speaker grille and a couple of microphones. In such cases, the USB-C port is usually the limiting factor. Unfortunately, the bottom of the foldable device isn’t visible.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 with Galaxy AI

The banner also makes it clear that Samsung continues to fully embrace AI. The Galaxy Z Fold7’s AI camera was recently teased. Fortunately, this won’t be the only camera upgrade – the Z Fold7 is said to have a 200 MP sensor, although this is only a rumor for now.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 is expected to launch alongside the Galaxy Z Flip7, the Z Flip7 FE and the new Galaxy Watch8 series will be presented on July 13 in New York. However, Samsung has not yet announced an official date.
