AirPods Pro 3 and Powerbeats Fit incoming

According to a new tip, the Apple AirPods Pro 3 will feature a slightly smaller charging case and a capacitive pairing button. And according to Apple, the new Powerbeats Fit earbuds will launch this fall. Here’s the news.
AirPods Pro 3 coming soon with a smaller case and capacitive button
Citing discussions with a well-known accessory manufacturer, the tipster known as Majin Bu said that the charging case for the AirPods Pro 3 might be slightly smaller than that of the current model, but otherwise will be “almost identical” with no major changes. Other reports also suggest that the charging case could be slightly smaller.

The rear pairing button will be removed and replaced by a capacitive button on the front of the AirPods Pro 3 case, just like the AirPods 4. Accessory manufacturers no longer have to consider the physical pairing button on the back. Additional functions, such as playback controls, are also possible with the new capacitive button. The carrying strap of the new AirPods will remain.
Majin Bu says the launch of the AirPods Pro 3 is imminent, with the announcement likely to be made at Apple’s “Awe Dropping” event in September. This fits with well-known Bloomberg journalist and Apple insider Mark Gurman, who recently confirmed that the launch of the new AirPods will take place this year.
Apple teases new Powerbeats Fit earbuds
Apple is working on a new version of the Powerbeats earbuds called Powerbeats Fit, and the company has released a teaser video of the upcoming earbuds on its YouTube channel.
The Powerbeats Fit are visually similar to the Beats Fit Pro and feature small in-ear earphones with a silicone wing piece that secures them in the ear. “Fit for every move” is the slogan of the Apple video.
The Powerbeats Fit could have some of the same features as the Powerbeats Pro 2, such as heart rate monitoring and active noise cancellation. According to Apple, the launch is planned for this fall, which technically begins on September 22nd. So we could see them sometime after the big iPhone event on September 9th.
