Poco F7 is here: SD 8s Gen 4, 6,500 mAh battery and 90W-charging
The Xiaomi Poco F7 5G is now official and completes the F7 series alongside the Pro and the Ultra. The new base model features a modern design and top-notch performance and is available in three colors: black, white, and a special Cyber Silver with the Snapdragon design.
In addition to the Poco F7, Xiaomi also presented its first virtual avatar – Rydr. Rydr reflects Poco’s pursuit of groundbreaking performance and a stronger connection to the tech-savvy generation.
The smartphone features a CNC-milled aluminum frame and a glass front and back. The Cyber Silver Edition looks quite stylish with its mechanical-looking overlay. The Poco F7 is also IP68 water and dust resistant, and Poco claims it can withstand pressure of up to 70 kg.
The smartphone is equipped with the brand new Snapdragon 8s gen 4 chipset. The 30 % faster chipset is currently the first choice for flagshipkiller devices and managed 2 million points in the Antutu-benchmark on the Poco F7.
A 6,000 mm² is used to cool the chipset 3D dual-channel iceloop system-the largest ever installed in a Poco device. The Wildboost 4.0 engine ensures gaming, which ensures 120 fps in games like Genshin.
Xiaomi treats Poco F7 a giant battery
The Poco F7 also has by far the largest battery in the series. It has a total of 6,500 mAh, in India there are even 7,550 mAh. It is charged with 90 watt hypercharge (80 % in 30 minutes for the global model) and you can even charge your USB-C devices with 22.5 watts.
The Poco smartphone has a 6.83 inch amoled display with 1280 x 2772 pixel, 120 Hz, 3,200 nits lace brightness and thin base. The display-to-housing ratio is very high at 94.23 %.
There are two cameras on the back, which will probably represent one of the very few weaknesses. This includes a 50-MP-1/1.95-inch Sony IMX882-26 mm wide-angle camera with OIS and an 8 MP-F/2.2-15 mm ultra-wake angle camera.

The Poco F7 is available in the colors black, white and cyber Silver Edition, with 12/256 GB or 12/512 GB. The regular prices start at € 449/$ 399/389 for the 12/256 GB model with an early bird price of € 399/$ 339/319. The 12/512 GB model costs € 499/449 $/429 £ with an early bird price of € 449/399 $/359 £.
In India, the F7 31,999 INR costs for the 12/256 GB model and 33,999 INR for the 12/512 GB model. The sale begins on July 1 at 12:00 p.m.
