According to a well-known tipster from China, the Apple iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max could be available in a new, rich and warm color option. Weibo user Instant Digital predicts that the Pro models, due to be released next year, will be available in at least one of the following colors: coffee, purple, and burgundy.

The iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 12, iPhone 14, and iPhone 14 Pro were all available in lavender or purple, but until now there have been no iPhones in coffee brown or burgundy. A coffee-brown Apple iPhone 18 Pro could be a worthy successor to the gold iPhone XS or the iPhone 16 Pro in “Desert Titanium”.

Coffee brown is a shade of brown with a deep, earthy tone. Burgundy belongs to the red family and combines a rich crimson with brown or violet undertones to create a darker, wine-like shade. Violet lies between red and blue, but appears warm in muted or dark tones.

The tipster added that there will be no black Apple iPhone 18 Pro next year either. The iPhone 17 Pro is available in silver, deep blue and cosmic orange. For the first time in the history of the iPhone, there was no black or gray version.

Apple iPhone 18 Pro with A20 chip and C2 modem

The iPhone 18 Pro models are expected to be released in the fall of next year and will feature the A20 chip manufactured using TSMC’s 2nm process, a variable aperture main camera, the C2 modem, simplified camera controls, and more. According to two new reports, the Apple iPhone 18 could also offer 50% more RAM, and the iPhone 18 Pro could feature 5G satellite internet.
