Xiaomi Redmi 15, Redmi 15 5G and 15C debut in Poland
The affordable Xiaomi Redmi 15 series is expected to launch globally soon, but some devices in the family have only been revealed through leaks and rumors. However, the company has brought the series to Poland ahead of schedule, so we can get all the details in advance. The Redmi 15 series includes three smartphones: the Redmi 15, the Redmi 15 5G and the Redmi 15C.
Xiaomi Redmi 15 5G
The Xiaomi Redmi 15 5G is the most powerful model of the entry-level trio. It offers a 6.9-inch IPS LCD display with a 144 Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset, 4 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of storage. The list only mentions the 50 MP main camera on the rear, but we see two additional lenses. The front camera has an 8 MP sensor.
The smartphone is powered by a massive 7,000 mAh battery with 33 W charging. Available in black, green, and titanium. The price is PLN 899, which is approximately €210/$244.
Xiaomi Redmi 15
The standard Redmi 15 has the same display as the 5G version, but is equipped with an older, less powerful Snapdragon 685 chipset. This model is also available with 8/256 GB of storage, but the base model still has 6/128 GB. The main camera and battery seem to be identical.
The available colors are black, purple and titanium. The entry price is 649 PLN (€ 150/$ 170) for the 6/128 GB variant.
Xiaomi Redmi 15c
And finally we have the Redmi 15c, also a 4G smartphone with the same 6.9-inch screen diagonal, but a lower 720p resolution and a refresh frequency of 120 Hz.
In the list, a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP selfie camera are mentioned again, but it is difficult to say whether it is the same cameras as with the other two models. The battery has a nominal capacity of 6,000 mAh and supports 33-watt charging processes.
Only one color option is listed, black. The price is PLN 499 (€115/$130). All three Redmi phones are already available in Poland, so the global launch can’t be too far off.
