New video shows Samsung One UI 8 in action

Samsung just released the stable update to One UI 7 based on Android 15, but the rollout has been anything but smooth. While it’s unclear when Samsung will complete the rollout to all eligible devices, we know the brand is already working on One UI 8.
Just a few hours ago, the first One UI 8 screenshots leaked, running on a Galaxy Z Fold6, giving us our first glimpse of Samsung’s next Android interface. Now the folks at SamMobile have followed up with the matching video.

The video also shows One UI 8 based on Android 16, but on a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6. However, it was an early version. Samsung’s new Now Brief overview is also included, confirming that this feature will also be available on older Galaxy phones as long as they run One UI 8.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip7 are said to have One UI 8 installed right from launch. All other eligible devices will receive the new firmware within three months of launch.
The launch dates for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip7 have not yet been announced. However, Samsung has published a list of the following Galaxy devices that will definitely receive the One UI 7 update:
