Elon Musk‘s SpaceXAI has announced the launch of Grok Bot, a “team of always-on agents” that can complete tasks using tools, websites, and apps. Grok Bot operates in the cloud, so tasks continue even when the laptop is closed. The feature is linked to Cursor, the AI development company that SpaceX is acquiring for $60 billion.
Grok subscribers can send messages to a bot using natural language via their smartphone or desktop app. According to SpaceXAI, unlike other tools that require the development of workflows and routines, the Grok bot requires task creation via chat. It can log in to websites (even those without an API), but SpaceXAI has not released details on how the authentication works.

Multiple bots can be used in parallel, with one controlling the others and specialists responsible for different tasks. Bots can join a group chat where they coordinate independently, distribute tasks, assign responsibilities, and only involve the user for important decisions.
Users can also teach the bot a workflow. It observes the execution of a task, saves the routine, and can then perform it independently the next time by following the same steps. According to SpaceXAI, bots learn over time and can eventually work “unnoticed.”
The SpaceXAI website features several examples of Grok Bots, such as a sales bot that updates the CRM with call logs, an operations bot that trains new employees and processes invoices in Gmail, and a development bot that reproduces a bug in the product UI, creates a ticket, and passes the fix task to a debugging bot.
The bot is currently in beta and is available to subscribers of SuperGrok Heavy, Cursor Ultra, and Cursor Teams Premium on macOS and iOS. Enterprise customers can join a waiting list for later access.
