Spotify Personal Podcast: Create your own podcasts with predefined text
Spotify has introduced a new feature called “Personal Podcast,” which allows users to create private, AI-powered podcasts. These personalized Spotify Personal Podcasts can also be scheduled and are tailored to the user’s interests and listening habits.
Users will soon be able to create their own podcasts directly within the Spotify app using the new Spotify Personal Podcasts feature. They simply need to enter a short description of their desired podcast genre, and Spotify will generate a personalized episode.
As mentioned previously, users also have the option to schedule recurring podcasts, such as daily summaries or weekly overviews.
Spotify Personal Podcast with links, PDFs, texts and more
Users can enrich generated podcasts with links, PDFs, texts, and other sources. They can customize the introduction and even choose a different voice for the AI-generated podcast. The episodes remain private and can be accessed via the “Your Library” section.
According to Spotify, personal podcasts will be rolled out gradually to Premium users in the US starting in June. Users receive a certain number of credits per month for podcast creation and can purchase additional credits as needed.
