Apple TV announces 12 new series and movies for 2026
Apple unveiled twelve new series and films on Tuesday that will premiere on its streaming service Apple TV during 2026.

Imperfect Women
Based on Araminta Hall’s novel of the same name, “Imperfect Women” is a psychological thriller that “investigates a crime that destroys the lives of three women’s decades-long friendship.” The film stars Elisabeth Moss, Kerry Washington, and Kate Mara.
Margo’s Got Money Troubles
“Margo’s Money Troubles” is described as a “courageous, heartwarming, and humorous family drama” that tells the story of Margo (Elle Fanning), a young woman who dropped out of college and wants to be a writer. She is the daughter of a former Hooters waitress (Michelle Pfeiffer) and a former professional wrestler (Nick Offerman). Margo has a baby, ever-increasing bills, and ever-dwindling means to cover her expenses.
Widow’s Bay
Apple TV says “Widow’s Bay” blends true horror with character-driven comedy. Widow’s Bay is “a picturesque island town 40 miles off the coast of New England,” but “something lurks beneath the surface.” Mayor Tom Loftis (Matthew Rhys) desperately tries to revive his struggling community, but when the first tourists arrive, it seems the locals were right after all in their suspicion that the island is cursed.

Cape Fear
An Apple TV miniseries, inspired by the 1991 remake directed by Martin Scorsese and produced by Steven Spielberg: “A storm is brewing for happily married lawyers Anna (Amy Adams) and Tom Bowden (Patrick Wilson) when Max Cady (Javier Bardem), the notorious murderer they are responsible for convicting, is released from prison – and he wants revenge.”
Lucky
Based on Marissa Stapley’s bestselling novel “Lucky,” the story revolves around a young woman (Anya Taylor-Joy) who “left behind the criminal life she grew up in years ago, but now, in a desperate attempt to escape her past, must embrace her darker, criminal side one last time.”

Outcome
“Outcome” is a pitch-black comedy about Hollywood star Reef Hawk (Keanu Reeves), who is being blackmailed. With the support of his longtime friends Kyle (Cameron Diaz) and Xander (Matt Bomer), as well as his lawyer Ira (Jonah Hill), Reef tries to reconcile with everyone he may have wronged in order to expose the blackmailer.
Eternity
“Eternity” is a romantic comedy: “In the afterlife, where souls have one week to decide where they want to spend eternity, Joan (Elizabeth Olsen) faces the impossible choice between the man she has spent her life with (Miles Teller) and her first love (Callum Turner), who died young and waited for her for decades.”
The Dink
In this Apple TV comedy, former tennis star Dusty Boyd (Jake Johnson) now coaches unruly children at his father Chuck’s (Ed Harris) country club. Desperate for Chuck’s approval, Dusty supports his revenge campaign against the club’s new craze: pickleball.
Mayday
Ryan Reynolds and Kenneth Branagh star in “Mayday,” a genre-bending, action-packed buddy comedy that puts a modern spin on the spy thriller. When daredevil U.S. Marine pilot Lieutenant Troy “Assassin” Kelly (Reynolds) is sent on a top-secret mission to Russia during the Cold War, the operation goes awry, leaving him stranded behind enemy lines.
