Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra: Geekbench 7 test, models and prices

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra (SM-X940) was discovered by Abhishek Yadav in a Geekbench 7 test. The benchmark results confirm that the tablet is equipped with a Dimensity 9500 chipset, which aligns with general expectations for the upcoming top-of-the-line Galaxy tablet.

However, this does not appear to be a Plus version of the chip, as its Prime CPU core is clocked at 4.21 GHz, which corresponds to the frequency of the original Dimensity 9500. The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra ran on its predecessor, the Dimensity 9400+, whose Prime CPU core was increased from 3.62 GHz to 3.73 GHz in the Plus version.

As expected, the tablet came with 12 GB of RAM. Samsung only offers 16 GB of RAM in models with 1 TB of storage – this applies to the Galaxy S and Z models as well as the Tab S models.
