Honor 600 appears in Geekbench test
Honor’s 600 series is expected to launch worldwide in the coming weeks. Design renderings and key technical specifications of the Honor 600 and 600 Pro recently surfaced online. Now, the base model has appeared in a Geekbench test, revealing its chipset and performance.
The Honor smartphone tested bore the model number VKJ-NX9 and, according to the test, was equipped with a chipset called SM7750. The chip had eight cores, including one main core at 2.80 GHz, four cores at 2.40 GHz, and three cores at 1.84 GHz. These specifications correspond to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4.
Honor 600 with extremely large battery
The device has 8 GB of RAM and runs Android 16, presumably with the MagicOS user interface. It scored 1,318 points in the single-core test and 4,075 points in the multi-core test.
Recent rumors suggested that both the Honor 600 and the 600 Pro would be equipped with Snapdragon 8 chipsets, but this now seems unlikely. For comparison: The Honor 400 went with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 at launch, while the Honor 500, which is exclusively available in China, opted for a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip.
The Honor 600 is expected to feature a 6.57-inch OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, a 9,000 mAh battery and a dual rear camera with a 200 MP main camera and an ultra-wide-angle camera.
